Whilst other online backup providers allow resellers to brand their own online backup product, it is only diluting the market. No real value is given to the provider and this creates a network of distrusted backup suppliers. It would be the same as branding anti-virus software with your own company name.

At Nexus we understand the role of the everyday IT support technician. When you need help, you need it now. Nexus provides free technical support via our 0800 number 24 hours. You will always get to deal with somebody who can help you resolve your technical problems.

Training & Certification

Nexus offers comprehensive training and support for all resellers. Initial (Bronze level) training is compulsory for all Associate Resellers. Training workshops are run periodically as demand requires in the following centres:

• Auckland
• Wellington
• Christchurch

Once certified, you may sell and install the software as well as provide ongoing support to your clients. We also offer two levels of advanced training covering databases, Linux and advanced server setup. Please enquire through our contact form if you wish to enrol in training.

Commission Resellers

Commission resellers refer their customers and clients to Nexus and we support them directly. You earn an initial commission and ongoing commissions as long as your client continues to use the Nexus Backup System. We arrange the installation and bill the client directly for all services. The Commission Reseller program is most suited to:

• Lawyers
• Software providers
• Business Coaches
• Franchises & associations
• Value-added service providers

Associate Resellers

Associate resellers maintain the billing relationship with their clients. We sell our services at wholesale rates to Associate Resellers and they invoice their clients at retail process. Associate resellers earn better margins than Commission Resellers, however there is also a stronger commitment. Associate Resellers generally arrange installation and support themselves. This program is most suited to:

• Computer support technicians
• Computer hardware providers
• Internet Service Providers
• IT support companies
