3. Installation

The Nexus Backup System is installed and configured by trained, certified professionals. You will be provided with training on how to retrieve lost files. This brief training is enough to help get you out of trouble, however configuration of the system is best left to our professionals.

4. Support and Monitoring

One of the unique features of the Nexus Backup System is our constant monitoring service. Our technicians monitor the performance of your backup system to ensure that it operates correctly and consistently. You will be sent a daily report via email, alerting you to any problems. In most cases, our technicians fix minor problems without needing to contact you. However, in some cases you will receive a call or visit from a technician to perform maintenance.

5. On-site Reviews

We highly recommend a periodic review of your backup configuration. As you use your computer system, files get moved and new software is installed or updated. These changes have the potential to adversely affect the backup system. As part of our optional review program, technicians periodically visit your site to perform routine checking of the system.
